These Terms govern your use of the Suya Hut App and Suya Hut Driver App (“the Apps”). By using the Apps, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders & Payments
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
- Orders cannot be modified once placed.
- Refunds may be issued at Suya Hut’s discretion for legitimate issues.
2. Deliveries
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Drivers operate as Suya Hut’s delivery partners.
- Incorrect delivery details may result in failed delivery.
- Orders may be cancelled if delivery is unsafe or impossible.
3. App Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and safeguard their login details. We may suspend accounts for fraud or misuse.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Apps
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Submit fraudulent chargebacks
5. Liability
Suya Hut is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues
- Deliveries lost due to incorrect user information
- System outages beyond our control
Maximum liability is the value of the affected order.
6. Driver Terms
- Drivers must maintain a safe vehicle.
- Drivers allow location tracking only during active deliveries.
- Drivers must follow food-safety and handling guidelines.
